For the easiest version I add half a regular sized box of velveeta, 3/4 to a full stick of butter and a cup of milk to a pound box of made pasta and let it all melt together over low heat stirring occasionally. I've used 2 types of velveeta, the newer white and the original or lower fat one. I think next time I'll try half the white and half the original.
For the sauce from cheese it's real easy, if you can make old fashioned white gravy you can make this. It's kind of time consuming but not horribly so. You have to add the cheese slowly or it'll take longer to melt, over cook it and it gets grainy.(by the way alfredo sauce is very similar with a slight variation of ingredients, this is the one that gets real grainy if cooked too long.)
You start with a rue, using equal amounts of butter and flour. I generally go with 3-4 tablespoons of each. You heat the butter until bubbly on medium high heat and add the flour stirring with a wisk until the flour is nice and brown about a minute or so. Usually if the flour isn't browned enough you get kind of a pasty raw flour taste. Then add a cup to 2 cups of milk,(I use at least 2, remember you can thin it out later, you can add but not take away. Use too much and it really takes for forever to thicken up! Trust me I've been there done that lol) I find best results with whole or 2% at the least and if using half and half or cream it thickens up quicker. Use what you have on hand though. For the cheese mix and match what ya like or try different combinations until you find what you like. Regular cheddar is the stand by. I pick a medium sharp to sharp for cooking and mild for snacking and buy it by the big block and shred it myself cause I've found this to be the cheapest route and no added stuff to keep it it from caking like they put in preshredded. But the preshredded is easier to freeze when bought in bulk due to the anticaking stuff added. I use apprx 2 cups shredded cheese adding a hand full at a time and waiting for each added handful to melt before adding the next while constantly stirring. That's it, try it and if you want it cheesier simply add more cheese. Then pour the mixture over cooked drained pasta and heat until the pasta is warmed back up.
If asked I'll edit this post and add a printable version. Just post a comment.

So here's what I used for the sauce:
1/4 cup or less of olive oil (depends on how much of the ravioli you are using, 1/4 cup is plenty for me for a bag.)
2 cloves of fresh garlic grated
tobasco spicy salt to taste. You could use any varation of this you want, such as just plain tobasco sauce, or crushed pepper flakes and salt. Or skip the salt.
dash of pepper
pinch of tomatoe paste (I keep a tube of it in the fridge)
pinch of anchovy paste (depending on the brand it smells fishier than what it is, just a little dab will do ya to add a depth of flavor.)
All I did was warm the oil over medium heat while the ravioli was boiling, and added the ingredients. I added the garlic first, it was browned by the time I added the rest and then turned the heat off ( the ravioli only takes 3 minutes to cook) so the garlic wouldn't over cook and get bitter. After the ravioli is drained toss with the oil and some parmesan cheese.
For me the hot salt and dash of pepper gave a little warmth but not a lot making it just right. The hot salt isn't as hot as the regular tobasco. Don't be afraid to use the anchovy paste, I was leary at first when my neighbor was talking about it until I tried it. Now I use it with all pasta sauces, just a dab 'll do ya, if ya over do it it will be fishy. Ya I learned that from experience! ;)

My father in law was driving the semi in this wreck. According to Paducah's nbc channel 6 there is one fatality. Not my father in law, he was in the hospital and released. Prayers needed to the family of the one who passed away. I'm sure my father in law feels like shit, not that it was his fault, I don't know the details of how it happened.

I did a recipe from the Kraft website I put on pinterest a long time ago. Of course altered a touch as I do a lot with recipes. My pinterest is here http://pinterest.com/lmp1894/ I have loads of crafting stuff and recipes there. Anyways, the recipe is here (it's also on my cooking board on pinterest.) http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/weeknight-ravioli-bake-114685.aspx?cm_mmc=eml-_-rbe-_-20120221-_-1082&cm_lm=1A5FBC210EA0938EF8FAF1131CDC41EA Its a very easy recipe and for us when paired with a salad is enough for 2 nights (there are 4 in my family, one of which is a teenage boy who can eat a lot!) I of course had to tweek it a little. For the diced tomatoes I used the Italian style tomatoes, used 4 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese-2 sprinkled about with the first layer of cheese and the other two with the other layer of cheese on top. I also snuck some sliced fresh mushrooms in between the two layers and added another 3/4 of a cup of mozzarella on top. I also cooked it about 45 minutes with the foil on and about 15 without the foil. The amount of time on the website didn't seem to be long enough for it to be hot in the middle when I cooked it. It's also a homemade recipe that is very easy on the budget. You could even divide it into 8x8 pans I'd think and freeze half uncooked for another night. The ravioli is already frozen and in my experience tomato/spaghetti sauce freezes well.
In other news (I just had a flashback of Hee-Haw of the guy doing the radio news, no I'm not adhd lol) I finally have our computers up and running so now I can print the resources I need for my crafting. My pinterest has a board for crafting and one for printables. Some you can use for artwork for sale as long as you use under a certain amount of images and don't put them into collage pages for sale, other sites your not allowed to resell what you make with the images. A good number of them are on blogspot and I hope to incorporate more of the buttons of those spots onto my main page to pass along. Something I want to tackle first is something for the walls of my kids bathroom, it can't be too girly or too boyish since I have one of each, then I want to do something for my sons room and then my daughters room, but she has some stuff for her walls already so I may do stuff for the rest of the house to get good practice for stuff to add to my etsy shop. Oh lot's to do and catch up on.

I'm still here, both computers busted of course, well the screens are! So much I've learned conjure wise waiting to be posted, so much crafting to share...I guess the phone will have to do for now! Ya count my blessings, at least I have that. But ya know, I want my dam computers working. Only fifty bucks a piece to fix that I don't have. Guess I'll add it to the money conjure stuff.
I feel like crap having to sell one of our vehicles, ya ya count blessings again, still have one...the one not paid off but cheaper in gas. So I'm stuck at home, like I had the money to go anywhere or do anything, but it was nice to be able to go when I wanted to get what I needed. How the heck do I go to school or get a job if I wanted? I'm just hoping to pull off Christmas for the kids plus have enough to get back to visit family and get back home! Some how or some way it will....hopefully.

Oh my, this having to move has just thrown us for a huge snack in the face. For crap that want that bad, I still feel guilty as shit. After all this hole we're in comes back to my shoulders and the inability to pull myself out of a dark hole that wonderful clinical depression can do. I'm trying my best not to let it get me down, but when I tell my daughter who's been looking forward all week to a costume party for her school at the local roller rink that we can't go that'll make me feel even worse. It weighs heavy on my shoulders that this hole all comes back to me. I can't afford gas to get the husband to work, and its not like he can say i can't come for a few days due to no gas money, The U.S Army doesn't care about that. I can't buy groceries for the next week and a half; I can't buy shit for shit. We're behind on bills still after the deposits on the new place and electric plus two paychecks that where cut in half thanks to the government talking housing allowance out for two places, and it all comes back to me and me alone.
Which is where I've laid it all out to St Jude and the Baron, St Jude because he is asked for help when things seen hopeless. Baron Smedi(those that don't know who that is, long story short he's the cemetery watcher and carries those over to the other side among other things. He's also part of the lwa in voodoo). We're just at the the end of the rope, can't take out any more of loans because we have enough right now and I'm not sure we've made enough payments to take more out. Aer is not an option simply because we've used them to help with deposits and thought we'd be fine, until they cut two paychecks in half Grrr.
Ok end rant, I feel a little better. All i know is that it's not only in Gods hands, put in the ancestors hands plus several saints and my bawdy dancing skeletons hands. With some money drawing stuff thrown in to boot.

Anywho, I've been crafting and opened up an Etsy shop!! I have a few Halloween collage art pictures up and am getting ready to put up a few old black and white photo's I had doubles of along with some vintage paper ephemera that I have. The paper is from an old child dictionary that I broke down into sections for those who do things with vintage paper ephemera. I'm also working on an altered/collage type art piece to put up for sale. As I get things done I will put them up. I plan to eventually put up a few small knitted/crocheted things up as well such as dishcloths and pot holders as I get them done. But of course my computer and printer now have to act up and don't want to communicate with each other, so that puts a pause on printing things off to make art work with...why am I not surprised?? Oh well, hopefully I'll get it figured out as to why and how to fix it!
By the way here's my link to my Etsy shop, feel free to stop by and browse!! (shameless plug over lol)http://www.etsy.com/shop/LMTsCreationsnThings
My facebook page is here https://www.facebook.com/LmTsCreationsnThings Feel free to like the page to stay up to date on things added!!
